Our Finance Manager, Joe Gross, joined the Rick Hill Imports family in October of 2017 beginning first as a Certified BMW Client Advisor and later as a Certified Porsche Client Advisor. With experience in banking, Joe was the perfect candidate to fill the Finance Manager position when it was vacated. A Charleston WV native, Joe moved to East Tennessee in July 2009 and managed two large retail locations. Joe is also a licensed Tennessee REALTOR® and is passionate about providing top-notch care and customer service to everyone he serves. In his spare time (not that there is much of that) Joe enjoys hiking, exploring Asheville and other nearby areas and vacationing with friends and family.
