Scott Darnell is our Sales Manager and has worked at RHI for 21 years. Before coming to RHI, Scott worked as a Store Manager at K-Mart. Scott is a straight-forward person who thinks honesty is most important in life. He has been married for 29 years and has one son. Scott enjoys his profession because he likes interacting with all types of people, and he believes that treating people they would like to be treated is the key to keeping customers happy. Scott's passion outside of work is music, and sings in a trio and in his church choir.

Bill has been with Mercedes-Benz of Kingsport since 2002. A graduate of Emory and Henry College (BA English/History) and the University of West Florida (MS Aeronautical Science); Bill loves representing the world's finest automobiles. Bill has owned 14 Mercedes-Benz automobiles and has been to the Mercedes factory in Germany six times. Bill spent six years in the US Navy as a carrier based fighter pilot and 20 years as a pilot for Eastern Airlines. Bill and his wife Ann have 4 daughters and 8 grandchildren.

Greg Durham has been our Service manager since the store opened in 1984. He began working for Don Hill Pontiac 38 years ago and has worked for Don Hill enterprises nearly his whole life. Greg likes the challenge of being a Service manager because he can apply all of the knowledge he has gained in his experience. Greg enjoys helping people solve and overcome their car troubles as well as taking the time to explain to them why it happened. Greg is a true professional at that he does. Greg's biggest motivation in life is his wife of 30 years, his two daughters, and two grandchildren. In his free time, Greg enjoys playing basketball regularly and owns a 2400HP racecar that he built himself.

Jenny has been a Mercedes-Benz service advisor for 13 years with RHI. Before starting her career at RHI, Jenny worked at Wallace Nissan. Her biggest motivation in life is her daughter, Staley, and her husband of 25 years, Mark. She values her family more than anything. Jenny enjoys her job at RHI because she likes putting smiles on the faces of anyone who walks in the door.

Susan Copas has been a Mercedes-Benz Service Advisor for one year. Before coming to RHI, Susan worked at Smoky Mountain Truck Center. Susan has one sister and a niece, however when she thinks of "family," she thinks about her Yorkie, Hope. Susan's values in life are honesty and fairness. She lives to serve others in any way she can. Susan enjoys her job because of the satisfaction she feels when she helps customers and makes them happy.
